Turnhout, May 21st 2011: The BLF organised the second edition of Bboxlax. This year’s edition was bigger then last year as we saw 5 teams competing for the title. In the 1st round all teams met each other once. Lille won all 4 matches and were the clear favourite. In the semi finals. Lille dispatched the Lions, while the Goblins beat the Rhinos for the second time that day. The 2 expected finalists battled it out for the coveted title. Lille had a tough job in the first half and the Goblins believed they could upset them. But the Spartans wouldn’t be Spartans, if they wouldn’t give their everything and they fought (without any subs left) to secure eventually a well deserved victory.
